Warranty

Each device is covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty. As part of the warranty, customers are entitled to free telephone technical support for 90 days from the purchase. Online product support is available throughout the warranty period. With an additional fee, it is possible to extend the warranty by 6 months.

Marketing

Each customer as part of the purchase of the device receives support in the field of marketing activities. It primarily includes the provision of all necessary advertising materials for a given device, such as brochures or content for use in social media. We also provide assistance in developing an offer for treatments.
